I try to set an older model Yamaha gas cart electric golf to a friend and ….?

the battery is fully charged and the ignition is on, I replaced the little "plunger" mechanism under the accelerator pedal and a new coil. when press the throttle pedal absolutely nothing in this model that has just hit the gas once or twice a crank. ideas? because it is the model J55 and I checked all the connections. there are more fuses the two glass fuses are inside rubber boots for the girl? Thank you

There is something wrong with the starter. Tickets from the wick, then clean all connections to the starter motor.
