Powerchute Golf Swing Trainer

Powerchute Golf Swing Trainer

Powerchute Golf Swing Trainer Powerchute is the ultimate in golf performance training technology. Powerchute’s patented design generates shaft and clubhead resistance to significantly increase clubhead speed and driving distance while delivering significant improvements to the golf swing. Powerchute was originally conceived for World Long Drive competitors and has been redesigned and reengineered by Jim Sowerwine, creator of the award winning Inside Approach ‘Slice Correction Trainer’, awarded the ‘Swing Trainer of the Year’ by ‘Golf Digest Magazine’ 2004 and 2005 . Click Here to Watch a Video on Using the Powerchute Click Here to Watch a Video Animation on Setting up the Powerchute Click Here to Download the Powerchute User Manual How it Works? Why Powerchute? Benefits to Novice, Intermediate and Beginner golfers To the recreational golfer, the Powerchute will provide much more than just increased clubhead speed. Swinging the Powerchute on a regular basis has been proven to improve technique, particularly with the ‘transition’ the sequence of movements from the backswing to the forward swing , arguably the most critical move of the swing. Due to the chute resisting the club from releasing early in the downswing, proper body motion is triggered to swing the chute through to the finish. Consequently, the optimum sequence of movements is introduced and ‘lag’ is developed. Note – The Powerchute was tested by the Titleist Performance Institute’s ‘Three-Dimensional Motion Capture System’. This technology is used to identify and measure golfers’ ‘sequencing’ and ‘lag’. In summary, all golfers tested improved sequencing and increased ‘lag’. What this means in simple terms ? the better one’s ‘sequencing’ , the more efficient the swing. The most common result of poor sequencing is releasing the clubhead early. This is often referred to as ‘Casting’ or ‘Throw’ 96% of recreational golfers release the club early. It is also the very reason why most recreational golfers have a difficult time consistently making solid contact when the ball is on a tight lie, and it is the main contributor to lack of distance. Simply explained, when the clubhead is released early, maximum clubhead speed occurs before the clubhead reaches the bottom of the arc.. When this happens, the clubhead actually passes the hands before contacting the ball, thus inadvertently adding loft to the clubface and making it virtually impossible to compress the ball off a tight surface. Benefits to Low-Handicap Golfers: Even though a low ‘handicap’ golfer or professional golfer may already have a technically sound golf swing and efficient sequencing, training with the Powerchute will increase clubhead speed and progress technique. Inside Approach Golf Swing Trainer

Inside Approach Golf Swing Trainer

$49.95

The Inside Approach Golf Swing Trainer The Inside Approach was developed to give golfers a clear visual understanding of where the club needs to be swung as it approaches the most critical point of the swing… the impact zone. To hit solid, accurate shots, the clubface must be square or squaring at impact and the club must be approaching the ball from an inside path. The Inside Approach’s unparalleled design gives golfers immediate feedback both positive and negative on whether they have accomplished this task. $f “player”, {src: “videosflowplayerflowplayer.commercial-3.1.5.swf”, cachebusting: true}, { key: ‘#$450d1f2cfdf440be091′, clip: { url: “http:www.intheholegolf.comvideosinside-approachinside-approach.flv”, autoPlay: false, autoBuffering: true } } ; Inside Approach: How it works is why it’s so effective! The path in which the club is swung directly influences one’s ability to square the clubface and thus be consistent. If the club is swung down too steep or from out-to-in, it makes it very difficult for your hands and arms to square the clubface – the result of which is usually an open clubface at impact causing the SLICE 85% of all golfers do this . If you happen to square the clubface when swinging from out-to-in, you may hit a pull. Often, you may find that you pull your short irons and slice you longer irons, and especially your driver . When the club is swung down on the correct path, it promotes the proper sequence of movements necessary for your arms and hands to naturally square the clubface. Some golfers have a tendency to hit pushes and hooks. These ball flights are also a result of poor path, however, the path now is being swung too far from the inside or underneath the correct swing plane. The Inside Approach golf swing trainer is universally designed to correct both of these undesirable swing paths by giving you safe and instant feedback on whether you have swung the club on the correct path. If your swing path is correct you will miss the cushion; if it is incorrect your club may hit the cushion. The cushion, if hit, is designed to safely break away thus not hurting you or your club s . This immediate feedback positive andor negative is by far, the most effective method of training a new motor skill.
