Golf Two quick questions?
1.) Whoever makes use of Rule 12 inches? I read about it in Golf Magazine and wrote that the ideal distance between the elbows should be 12-inch line up when hitting the ball. 2.) I also read in the golf magazine that people can not bend the arms at least 6 inches behind the head when there is no status to a full golf swing, it is not true. How to increase the flexibility of the shoulders and arms? The exercises for good?
